This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through ToursVan.com, operated by NXT LVL GLOBAL RESOURCES.
By making a booking, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms below.
1. Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Eligible refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be non-refundable.
ToursVan reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on operational costs already incurred.
3. Airport Transfers
Airport transfer bookings are eligible for free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pickup, the booking may be non-refundable.
4. Day Tours and Hourly Charters
Day tours, hourly charters, and custom itinerary services involve dedicated vehicle and driver allocation.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of service commencement may be non-refundable.
5. No-Show Policy
A booking may be considered a no-show if:
- The customer cannot be contacted.
- The customer fails to appear during the waiting period.
- The customer abandons the booking.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
6. Airport Waiting Time
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting time from the actual flight arrival time.
Customers who fail to appear during the waiting period may be treated as a no-show.
7. Hotel and Non-Airport Waiting Time
Hotel and non-airport pickups include up to 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Customers who fail to appear during the waiting period may be treated as a no-show.
8. Flight Delays
Where flight information has been provided, ToursVan will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays.
Flight delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Service adjustments may be made depending on driver and vehicle availability.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
10. Force Majeure
ToursVan shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Floods
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
11. Changes to This Policy
ToursVan reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
