These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToursVan.com and any transportation services arranged through ToursVan.com, operated by NXT LVL GLOBAL RESOURCES ("ToursVan", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About ToursVan

ToursVan is a transportation booking platform that connects customers with transportation providers, drivers, and vehicle operators for:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Point-to-Point Transfers
  • Return Transfers
  • Day Tours
  • Hourly Charters
  • Custom Itineraries
  • Group Transportation Services

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

A booking is only considered confirmed once:

  • Booking details are submitted
  • Availability is verified
  • ToursVan issues a booking confirmation

ToursVan reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any booking where necessary.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on ToursVan.com are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prices may vary based on:

  • Vehicle type
  • Travel distance
  • Duration
  • Additional stops
  • Special requests
  • Seasonal demand

Prices shown at booking confirmation shall be the final agreed service price unless changes are requested by the customer.

4. Payment

ToursVan may accept:

  • Online Payments
  • FPX Bank Transfers
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Digital Wallets (where supported)

All bookings are paid online at checkout unless ToursVan confirms another arrangement in writing.

ToursVan reserves the right to request full payment or a deposit before confirming selected bookings.

5. Airport Pickup Waiting Time

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting time from the actual flight arrival time.

Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate flight information.

6. Hotel Pickup Waiting Time

Hotel and non-airport pickups include up to 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.

7. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, ToursVan will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight delays where flight information has been provided.

Flight delays do not automatically result in cancellation fees.

However, significant delays may require service adjustments depending on vehicle and driver availability.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Passenger details
  • Pickup locations
  • Drop-off locations
  • Flight details
  • Contact information

ToursVan shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by incorrect information supplied by customers.

9. Luggage Policy

Customers must accurately declare luggage quantities during booking.

If the actual luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, ToursVan may:

  • Upgrade the vehicle
  • Assign an alternative vehicle
  • Apply additional charges

Safety requirements may require luggage restrictions.

10. Vehicle Substitution

ToursVan reserves the right to provide:

  • An equivalent vehicle
  • A higher-category vehicle

when the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational reasons.

Such substitutions shall not constitute grounds for refund.

11. Driver and Passenger Conduct

Drivers and passengers must behave respectfully and professionally.

Drivers may refuse service where a passenger:

  • Is abusive
  • Is threatening
  • Is intoxicated
  • Poses safety risks
  • Engages in unlawful activities

No refund shall be provided where service is refused for safety-related reasons.

12. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted through ToursVan.

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts are governed by the ToursVan Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of booking.

13. No-Show Policy

A booking may be considered a no-show if:

  • The customer cannot be contacted
  • The customer fails to appear during the waiting period
  • The customer abandons the booking

No-show bookings may be non-refundable.

14. Day Tours and Hourly Charters

For day tours and hourly services:

  • Service duration begins at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional hours requested by customers may incur extra charges.
  • Drivers are not required to exceed the booked duration without customer approval of additional charges.

15. Limitation of Liability

ToursVan shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or service interruptions resulting from:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Flight disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Public events
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

ToursVan's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

16. Force Majeure

ToursVan shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • Transportation disruptions

17. Privacy

Your use of ToursVan services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using ToursVan services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

ToursVan reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
